• Coaching and mentorship sessions are booked in advance and confirmed by payment.
• Event tickets, programs, and memberships (such as WoVision Community) are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
• Digital resources (e.g., downloads, toolkits, or recordings) are for personal use only and may not be redistributed.

3. Client Responsibilities

By engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when booking or communicating with us.
• Respect confidentiality and the coaching relationship.
• Take full responsibility for your actions, decisions, and results — coaching is not therapy, nor a substitute for professional financial, legal, or medical advice.

4. Payments & Refunds

• Fees are clearly stated before booking and must be paid upfront to secure services.
• Refunds are not offered for completed sessions or partially used packages.
• Event and membership fees are non-refundable, unless cancellation is made in writing within 7 business days of purchase and before the program begins.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided by iChazah Projects — including materials, frameworks, recordings, graphics, and brand assets — remains our intellectual property. Clients may use resources for personal development but may not copy, resell, or distribute them without permission.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy and process personal information in line with South Africa’s POPIA. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, store, and use your information.

7. Limitation of Liability

While our coaching, mentoring, and events are designed to create growth and transformation, iChazah Projects cannot guarantee specific results. We are not liable for:

• Business, financial, or personal outcomes of applying our services.
